Miranda Jean Larson is an Actress, Writer, Producer & Video Editor for stage & screen.
Her first short film Innocence (actress/writer/co-director/producer) won Best Short Film and Best Indie Film (IFFNY and Top Shorts) in 2018. She was accepted as a Semi-Finalist in ScreenCraft's Screenwriting Fellowship for her first feature-length script "Writing Theo" which is in the early stages of development. And in 2022, she had her Broadway debut as a video designer for The 24 Hour Plays: On Broadway in New York City. Prior to that production, Miranda spent two years as and editor and then Lead Editor for their Viral Monologues program.
She is also in collaboration with Wise Dragon Studios as a producer for their short film Valhalla which is set to be released in 2024.
Currently, Miranda edits full-time for several production companies including Original CINematic, LLC for their horror genre feature films and for Diamond Talent Productions for their live performances.
Her most recent feature film edit, Group will make its World Premiere at the North Film Festival in NYC where it is already nominated for Best Feature Film, Best Screenplay, and Best Director. Miranda is credited as Film Editor and Second Unit Director. In collaboration with Original CINematic, LLC.
Miranda is currently working on the second feature with Original CINematic, Immersion, where she is credited as the Lead Actress and Film Editor.
